This cancellation and refund policy outlines how charges are applied based on when a booking is cancelled.
Please read the following steps and policy details carefully before making or cancelling a reservation.

Certain bookings, such as group reservations (4+ rooms) or special events (weddings, buyouts, peak season packages), may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. That portion is not refunded, even if the rest of the booking is eligible for a partial or full refund according to the timeline above.
After processing, we will send a confirmation including: cancellation date, refund amount, any charges applied, and estimated refund timeline (based on payment provider).
We want you to book with confidence. If unexpected travel changes happen, contact us immediately — we may offer credit or rebooking options where possible, outside of the standard policy. Travel insurance is always recommended ✈️🛡️.
