By making a reservation at James Bungalow, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

• Check-out: Between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Prepayment Policies

4. Children and Extra Beds
